Ordering and Payment
1. How do I place an order?
- To place an order, simply browse our website, add the items you wish to purchase to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept various payment methods, including COD (Cash on deliver) and online payment services. All payments are processed securely.
3. Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
- If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@birthdaydecoration.pk. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be changed or canceled.
Shipping and Delivery

- We offer Standard Shipping (3-5 business days) and Express Shipping (1-2 business days). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
2. How can I track my order?
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
3. Do you ship internationally?
- Currently, we only ship to addresses within Pakistan. We are working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations in the future.
Returns and Refunds
1. What is your return policy?
- You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item for a full refund. Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
2. How do I return an item?
- To return an item, please contact us at info@birthdaydecoration.pk for return instructions. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. When will I receive my refund?
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

- Yes, all our products are made from high-quality materials and are safe for children. However, we recommend adult supervision for certain items, such as balloons and small decorations.
