  • Express Shipping:

    • Delivery Time: 1-2 business days
    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight

Order Processing:

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery after your order has been processed and shipped.
  • Express Shipping: Please allow 1-2 business days for delivery after your order has been processed and shipped.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • Domestic Shipping Only: Currently, we only ship to addresses within Pakistan.
  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@birthdaydecoration.pk as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us immediately. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

International Shipping:
